swollen or upper pole

so on sat im 1 month Shocked cant believe it, post op and still very swollen at the top of the breast but is this going to stay and i will have loads of upper pole or is there still a chance im swollen xx

Its not so much that you might be swollen at this stage now Tink, its that your breasts still need time to settle into the breast pocket. Your skin and muscle may still be very tight and holding the implant up, so as that starts to relax, the implant too can relax into the pocket hun. Xx
