Upper pole changes when anatomical unders fluff? Empty Upper pole changes when anatomical unders fluff?

Can anyone who has had anatomical unders tell me if once they fluff & the muscles relax, does the upper pole slope go flatter? I am still quite rounded in the upper pole but it is very ealy days - anyone have a picture trail of anatomicals that they wouldn't mind me seeing?
