I want to be sure I have the right size bra for post op. I currently wear a 34c, but since found out I should be wearing a 32 oops!! I'm having 520cc implants. I think I have bought a 34e, 34f and I think a 34ff sports bra. Do you think these will be ok? I'm trying to get organised lol.

Also, what size macom bra should I buy? small?

I was 32C pre op added 525s and was filling a 34F post surgery with a bra extender for the first couple of days for comfort.

I would say small macom, the medium was too big on me even in the early days post op.

It may be worth checking if your surgeon or PCC recommends a particular bra. Also, maybe find out if they have any opinion on post surgery vs sports bras (I read on another post that post surgery doesn't necessarily support for breast implants, and know that my surgeon said to go for high impact sports bras rather than post surgery ones). I'm sure you'll be fine for after the operation, you're better prepared than I was. You can always order something online for next day delivery or send your daughter out in hunt of bras if need be.

I agree with MozElle re the support on post surgery bras, I loved sleeping in my MaCom but just didn't feel supported enough when I was up and about during the day.

I wear my macom bra only at night and wear my Berlei sports bra during the day and so far it's working fine for me. I'm usually a 32 band so the small size macom is perfect. You sound mega organised! Not long now ooooh! Xxx

Hey, I wear 32 bras usually. But my back measures 28.5 inches (so technically half an inch too big for 32 but half an inch too small for 34!) So i wear 32 cos else when the bra gets a bit older and looser it's rubbish! ANYWAY, i'm 28.5 inch back and my 32 band shock absorbers were just painful to try to put on (they put my bras on after I'd woken up) so I am now in my Macom (Thanks Aurora!)

It is a medium macom but because of swelling, it feels just right around my back, though it's loose in my armpits (if you know which bit i mean) But that doesn't matter!! Super comfy!! (shame it's not super sexy too!)
