Is there a lot of difference in cup size between same cc implants placed over or under the muscle? Or is this just a surgeon's preference if you have breast tissue or not and doesn't really affect size that much once they have healed?

This topic always bring up different theories, some say unders lose cc's as they're under the muscle and being pushed down a bit, others say because the muscle is covering the implant that adds some volume. Personally i dont think it makes alot of difference and depends on alot of factors like ribcage and tissue pre op x

My surgeon said you lose 10% with unders, but I agree with nads it prob depends on other factors too (also maybe how strong your pecs are?!)

My ps said you dont lose any size with unders x

It's just I went to try on different bras today and seems I've only gone up 1 cup size. I fit ok in a 32DD bra and 34D from M&S and from La Senza a 32E fit ok. Just seems like if you have overs you gain an extra cup size.. sulking at the moment since I wanted to reach a 34DD lol.

Aww dont sulk hunni you are only just past the 1 month mark :)
You may still fluff out a bit more! I thought i was stuck at 34D/32DD but at 4months i was 32E and sometimes even F in le senza
