Iv started searching online for photos of high profile implants, and im scaring myself because they all seem to look really fake!!! Im scared this is going to be the case with mine, which it totally not the look im going for!! Is this me being irrational and freaking out for nothing? hoping someone can help xx

Hey Laura, I was worried about the EXACT same thing when my surgeon suggested HP's to me!
I got home and researched like crazy, really worrying incase they looked stuck on and fake! lol!

However, your surgeon will have chosen the implant most suitable for your shape/ size.
Your 300cc HP implant will be (correct me if I'm wrong) 11cm in diameter and 4.8cm projection.

alot of girls on here have had hp implants and love them. iNFACT i feel my moderate profiles dont giv me the projection i really wanted, neither does another girl on here...emme-kate.
try not to worry, im sure your surgeon knows what will be best based on what kind of look your going with xx

Some times the ps suggests the high projection because they are narrower and fit your frame and breast width better... in most cases the ps picks the implant for you and your body and that is the key to boobs looking natural.
Are you having unders or overs?

im having anatomical overs!!!! my pS basically told me what i was having! now im thinking if they are high profile 300 ccs will be more than enough?? im feeling a bit confused!!

Mine are HP :) they don't look fake at all now- most people don't even notice them really

I'm having the same size but round implants, I understand how ur feeling Hun it's quiet alot to take in but the PS could do this with there eyes closed I'm
Sure! Every day I have a little panic about something to do with it but this forum is so helpful everybody been or is in the same boat! So it's great cos it makes things a lil clearer xxx

im having h/p hun and i dont want bullet boobies either lol, im sure your surgoen know what he is doing, gets worse as it draws nearer the time i started panicking about allsorts, im sure it natural tho.

not long to go now though hunny either of us

I'm having high profile as my ribcage is only a 27 so the project more but still will make me look the same body size cos my ps doesn't want them sticking out round the side.
My friend jus had hers done and they look awesome! She wanted mod profile cos she was scared of the fake look and he gave her high and she's really glad xxx

i had high profile and mine are natural looking, the ladies who measured me for a bra yesterday couldnt tell i had a boob job

I had HP hun and although they look fake at the moment theyre really starting to soften and look less 'stuck on'. My surgeon didnt give me an option on profile so he must have known i needed alot of projection.x

Im also having high profile also, i didnt get an option either, maybe when they take your stats they decide on what profile is needed.

hi luv,

i'm having high profile, full projection and i have also asked for a natural look. I think high profiles look gorgeous and different from person to person. Call your personal care coordinator and have a chat with her. Mine is fantasic and always texts me back within 5 minutes if i'm panicking!

Hey, yeh i had the HP round implants. Look really natural and hardly anyone guesses iv had them done. Iv just started college and ended up telling the girls in my class! They are all squidgy now and feel like they have been part of my body forever lol x
