Extra high profile implants

Has anyone had extra high profile implants? Cant decide between high profile or extra high profile. I have a narrow breast width (11cm) so have limited choice if i want a larger implant, but not sure if they will look a bit too fake for my personal preferance. If anyone has any photos they are happy sharing that would be great!

im chosing high profile and my surgeon recommended them for me. Did your surgeon not advice whats best? I def want a pert look haha. I am very narrow too, size 6, so this will look quite fake he said but that's the look I love, im under the muscle too x

I'm seeing him again for a sizing appt next week so will discuss then. My problem is that although I have a narrow breast width, I'm not tiny! Broad shoulders, 34aa size 10/12 and 5ft6 9.5 stone! So we both agreed 300/330cc was an ideal look for me, but we need to discuss further how to fit that in to a narrow breast! I would definitely need at least high profile, or else the implant volume would be too small, just not sure whether to consider the extra high profile! I want a relatively natural look so perhaps I should compromise on size and stick with high profile x

I had XHP. No picture trail to share, but you can see my batboobs in my avi! There was never any real discussion for me re profile, it was always going to be XHP, regardless of the 2sizes. I was offered 340 and 375, but 340 was as big as I could safely go, and Im very pleased with them. I'd say even with the XHP, I still have 'side boob', as in my arms hit them when I reach forward, but any wider and it would have looked ridiculous. Mine look perfectly natural braless. Im about the same stats as you.

If you can find out the implants dimensions, you can make some rice boobs, and use a cereal box to cut out the circumference. That way you can mould the rice to fit and it'll give the approximate profile.

Thanks charlii I will have a peak when I'm on my laptop! If I went xhp it would be 340, but 300 if hp. But he did also say different brands may be different.

Wow charlii they look great! And very natural! Glad you still get a bit of side boob...i thought it may look strange being narrow and out front but you look great!

Mine were unders. The exact implant is listed under my avi in my BA deets. TRX stands for Textured (shell) Responsive (fill) Xtra high profile. I think if you're able too, go and have another sizing session and see if they have the exact implants available to look at and try on in the different profiles.

Hi,
I've got 375cc high profile unders and was a 34b before. I wanted a natural look. I was told I have a wide breast width so not sure how much use my pic trail will be, but let me know if you would like to see and I'll pm my details. I didn't really have any discussion with my surgeon about different profile options, he decided this for me, it was just left to me to decide between 3 different cc sizes.
The rice boobs would be a good starting point though I think.

I have xhp due to the cc size and my bwd I could only have xhp. The projection would be a bit more than the hp but can still look natural. They won't be Madonna boobs I promise! X

Thanks for the reassurance mrsballs! Notice your in Brighton! I've been having my consultations at the spire in hove but surgeon isn't there on the day that suits so having it in tunbridge wells!
