Re: help! What size should I go for?
I had 410cc and went from a 32a to 32ff and also fit in a 30g. I also wanted to be a dd. And I have the look I was after just my bra measurement is different. I would show pics of boobs you like to your surgeon and discuss sizes again. As your idea of a dd and his may be very different. So you could end up bigger or smaller looking than you want to. If you show him pics you should end up with that look. That way you wont care too much about the size on your bra label. A g cup isn't really that big in a 32 band. So you wouldn't look like a porn star.
Re: help! What size should I go for?
OMG this is my problem too!!! I am a 34b and have been offered 340 or 380 but also 260 (which is making me think why such a big difference) - I am worried that 380 will be too big but then don't want to be disappointed but I only want a d cup really. I am going back to see my surgeon as I am so confused.
Good luck with your decision and please let me know what you decide and your reasons? xx

Re: help! What size should I go for?
Im finding it really hard to decide. Ive made some rice boobs but not sure how much I can rely on them to be the same as the actual implant. Ive got the choice of 340-410. Thinking to go 380 at the mo but still ot entirely sure? eeeeeek!

Re: help! What size should I go for?
If you have ANY concerns pre-op it's really up to you to get them cleared up BEFORE your surgery sweetness. You should be 100% sure and confident with the surgery plan before you have the op.
misf1 gave you excellent advice and it's definately worth following to achieve the look you're after if you have concerns hun. xx

Re: help! What size should I go for?
Well today was my pre-op consult and I decided on 425 cc.... I'm 36 b (small b) I'm hoping the results are better looking than the try-ins! One week to go! Anybody else get 425???

Re: help! What size should I go for?
I am the same measurements and also got offered 340 & 380.
I'm definately goin for the bigger size...as I don't want to spend all that money and be disappointed.
Also I think it depends on your frame and build. I'm 5'7 and about 9.5/10 stone so think the larger size won't look big on me?
But every1 is different and the same size on me and you could take us both to a different size.
Def spk to ur PS again if ur not sure hun. U'll have to let me know what you end up getting :)

I posted a few weeks ago panicing about wat size to go for out of 340 and 380 being a 32b before!!! well its now 3 weeks nearly since my op and in the final minute i went for 380cc i am soooooooo much in love with them, definatly the best decision ive EVER made haha!! i am still in a dd sports bra and i also have a e sports bra to....not wearing normal bras yet, but cannot wait to get some nice bras! i tried them in a bikini top and they looked AMAZING!!! they are healing perfectly and had no pain or sickness AT ALL :D they are not to big at all, and probaly couldve gone a lil bigger...but they look so natural! so glad i didnt go for the 340 because i think i would of been a little dissapointed!
Good luck ladies...any questions are welcome :) xxxxxxxxxxx

Re: help! What size should I go for?
I jst had my op yesterday! I was a small and saggy 34b and had 4000cc unders. I am currently in a DD shock absorber bra and I'm loving my size! I'm not sure if unders end up a bit smaller than overs so u might want to think about that too?
