sagging and exercise??
hey girls i do alot of exercise about 8 classes and jog a few times each week! i wear a shock absorber each time and my boobs are really strapped down and protected but i was just wondering if any other girls out there who are into fitness have found that there implants have started to sag due to this ?? xxx

Sagging will occur no matter what you do. Just live your life as you normally would and if sagging occurs later in life there are always uplifts which can perk them up again.

im worried about this too! i am a coach and do about 4 sessions a day and then my own at home! i wear the level four impact shock absorber and my sports tops have built in bras too. They dont move at all! But i spose gravity will take its course, and in the future they may need an uplift :( xx
