I didn't have full arm movement for at least 2 weeks post op, although I could lift my arms quite early on, I couldn't fully lift them if you know what I mean. If I stretched too far I felt like I was pulling the muscle. I would think you've just strained your muscle. If you're worried then call the clinic.

Hi hun, I am guessing you had under the muscle? I am sure it just hurts so much because your muscle was already traumatised from your op, I would just be extra careful now to over do things and rest up as much as you can, do call your clinic for there advice too x

Ice packs on your muscle will help with the strain. I'm sure you've not done them harm.
