Pre-health assessment/check (Nurses appointment)

I haven't even got a date for mine yet which I am assuming is normal but what exactly happens at this appointment?? (I am going with MYA). x x x

They just go through your medical history, you may have blood taken and they will do an MRSA swab.....I think that's it hun. xxx

I had mine about 2 weeks before my op. Had a tiny bit of blood taken (finger ***naughty word*** thing), weight and height done, and pre op photos. And they go over your medical history. Nothing major.

Yep height and weight, medical questions, they took blood from me cos I'm sometimes aneamic but wouldn't normally, and pre op pics. and mrsa swabs.

I had weight, height full medical history and before pics taken and that was it, had mine about 3 weeks before my BA. I also arranged my post op appointment to have my stitches removed.
