I am slightly unhappy that my boobs look very fake still. They kinda seem hard and stuck on and when i lie down i can see the round ridges at the top.

I had my boobs done about 8 weeks ago and im pretty sure they havnt dropped/fluffed or anything , they still seem quite high up and im worried they arent gona change.
I know i could drop at any time and it could take a while but i just wondered wether your boobs seemed alot more natural and a bit lower after they fluffed.

Also cant wait for them to loosen a bit because my scars arnt covered by the crease of my boobs yet.

Sorry if uve heard it all before , just a worrier!

thanksx

Hi goldenrule,

I'd mine done 6 wks ago, 295 anatomical overs and mine have dropped and fluffed and continue to change daily. I breastfed 2 children and my boobs were pretty empty before my ba. If you haven't had children then you just have to be patient and wait for your skin to stretch and relax. It will happen. Everyone's different. Just wait and see!! xx

I don't think my scars are completely in the crease now but they are close enough, they are quite hidden and almost invisible. I don't think mine felt like they had dropped or softened much until about 4 months post op, and they carried on changing after that. Dont worry they will change just need a little more time.

Hi,

Don't worry, I think everyone heals/fluffs at different rates. It takes quite a while for them to drop down and stop being so high.

Happy healing!

Have you had your 6 week check up Goldenrule or are you having one at 12 weeks? Did you discuss your concerns with your surgeon?

We all heal at different rates hunni, one of my boobs dropped at 4 weeks but the other remained up high till about 10 weeks post-op so I had wonky boobies for quite a while! LOL they both dropped fully and fluffed at 12 weeks post-op.

With my rightie being stubborn and not wanting to drop on it's own I was advised by my surgeon to massage my boobs to encourage it to drop, but this is something that you should discuss with your own surgeon hun, if you haven't discussed it with your surgeon, it might be an idea to make an appointment with them to see if they can offer you any advice to encourage the breasts to drop. When they do drop they will give you a much more natural appearance. xxx

I have an appointment next week. I am looking forwad to asking him. Its been a while since ive seen him and i think ive healed well so i think he might encourage massaging and removing my micropore / bio oil on the scars.
Im impatient but i will wait till i see him. Im hoping mine will drop soon :D

Hi sweetie my scars sat so i could see them if you looked at me straight on for a long time about a inch above where my boob meet my body.....Im now 8 months on & the scars are now sitting perfectly in my crease! I honestly didnt think & couldnt understand how they would end up in the creae but they did lol & your only 8 weeks on & have soooooooo many changes to come which again you cant get your head around how they will change till it actually happens to you.

It all takes time to settle & they say your not fully healed & settled till your over the 1 year mark.....

Hope this helps x
