Post by Gemski 30th May 2011, 10:47 am

A d cup normal bra looks massive!!!! The cup looks gigantic and I'm starting to worry that for my frame it maybe to big and I'll look stupid shrug tho when I put the d bra on over my top as you would a normal bra it didn't look as huge.... Argghh I'm
So confused. I think a c is a little to small (for my liking) and am
Worried a d will be too big??? I don't want to go for the smaller size and pay all that money and regret it nope

Also would a d make it totally obvious that I'd had a ba??? I want them to look natural and not to massive for frame...

Any help or views would be fab x x

I really think you're getting the pre-op jitters babe Oh god, been lookin at bra's and... 571992

I'll be honest here and tell you with my F cups, I can get a little embarrassed sometimes having what look like a pair of hammocks hanging out of my shopping basket lol, but sweetie, when those hammocks hit my boobs and they look great, that's all I care about! how my boobs LOOK! not a label size, not how big the bra is, just how my boobs LOOK. This is the most important thing you need to focus on, so if you're trying on the D-cup and think they look fine, they're gonna be fine sweetness Oh god, been lookin at bra's and... 184153

You're going to be OK and you're going to be happy Gemski... the more you over anylise things at this stage, the more jittery you're going to get babe, so try and calm down sweetheart and maybe take some time to read through the BA stories we have here, really, it'll do you the world of good to see that how you're feeling isn't anything new to you, ALOT of women go through the exact same jitters hun and after their surgery they wonder what all the worry was for. Oh god, been lookin at bra's and... 571992 Those stories also help to bring back to you the reasons why you're having this surgery too babes and will help replace those jitters with the excitement you first had hunni.... you really are gonna be just fine. xx

Thanks for the lovely post cookie hunny. I thought I wasn't nervous but as it gets closer im obviously very nervous as I can't eat and I'm changing my mind on things constantly. Doubting myself I suppose shrug

I know what I want and am happy with the size etc just nerves getting the better of me now. I love the story section on here and have read nearly all of them :good: these new boobs will make me so happy and give me the confidence in my body I've always wanted so I can't wait for Saturday but im dreading it at the same time..

God I've had 2 c sections and didn't blink a eyelid having them ha.... Thankyou for your fab reply hunny. It all makes perfect sense and is so helpful.

Oh and If my boobs are anything like yours then I will lurve them, they are amazing x x x

I agree with cookie, bras can look big to the point when I was buying bras at 6 weeks post op and I had been fitted into a 32F but I'd still take smaller sizes in to the changing room with me as I couldn't get my head around it. I think it's just they look so much bigger than my 32A's. You will be fine, you know what you want, just got the pre op nerves.

I agree with the other girls too. And remember there is a differnce in the bras depending on the back size to. For example a 38d will look much bigger than a 34d. x

I was staying at my parents a while back and one of my bra's was on the aired next to hers. I'm a 34FF she's a 34C. Her bra looked so small next to mine but like cookie said once I'm wearing a bra that fits well the size is of no relevance. I've had 2 years to get used to mine but I can still remember looking at D's before my op and thinking how big they looked. Xx
