Hi all, so its my ba tommorow. I have 3 kids 11, 5 and 3. The 11yr old can sort himself for school. I have got my partner staying home for the first day after op (monday) From tuesday my friend is taking the 5 yr old to school and my mum will take my 3yr old to nursery (he has nursery for tuesday and wednesday) However my partner seems to think i will need to get my mum over super early to help get the boys ready for school/nursey as he leaves to early to get them up and he thinks i won't be able to get them dressed! What do you think, i should have my mum and sis coming by every day for the first week but I wasn't sure how early i needed them there?

I had unders. The first 2 days were all right. I could move my arms about and walk around a bit but the chest was quite tight and achy.

Around the 3rd day till the 10th I was in agony and practically immobile. But I guess it'll depend on individuals.

Other girls had unders and their recovery went smoothly.

I had unders as well and was able to move my arms relatively freely although I did have some pain. I have had days with no pain and then days with quite a bit of pain, I think everyone is different. Get as much help as possible if you can and then you won't need to worry so much, even if it is only just for a few days.
