I have heard of round implants flipping, generally they can be flipped back over with a little manipulation. Until the implant has adhered to the pocket some women are able to feel a little movement of the implant in their body. To better help prevent this a good quality high impact bra is best to keep your new boobs stable... I can't say I rate the supermarket sportsbras, I personally don't think they give enou support, but a 'high impact' one should do the trick. Xx

I bought this for my last surgery. The Triumph extreme sport was listed best sports bra in a survey and I have to say it was lovely! Padded m&s traps for comfort across the shoulders and the band too is padded.

Its a great bra and I'd very much recommend it yes

I have polyurethane implants which adhere to the pocket and prevent this from happening. The manufacturer actually guarantees them against movement and displacement.
