Movement
Hi girls , post op day 2, I feel like I'm walking around like a robot !! I'm trying to relax my muscles and feel like I'm all stiff maybe a little scared to move properly. Hunched over when I must make myself stand up strait! I'm walking length of house quiet often to try and keep myself moving . I take it this is all normal . Got a fear that my stitches will pop open. Very itchy too and I can't get to my itches . Sorry for the moaning xxxx

Re: Movement
Yup, all fine. Don't push yourself too hard in the first couple days, just slowly try and straighten yourself out. Your body is hunching to protect itself, so don't worry if you're not back in ballerina posture immediately!

Re: Movement
I'm not really doing anything as such but quiet like to keep my legs moving . I'm just hoping they will drop. They are very high with no drop underneath them and I asked for natural look . I'm sure all these concerns are normal xx

Re: Movement
All sounds normal to me, I walked hunched over for ages (the first week) lol. I'm not sure why, think I was worried about my boobs falling out the stitches :-/ they really take some getting used to. If you can, try and rest loads for at least the first week. Bed rest is ideal really I think xx

Re: Movement
A walk up and down the house is perfect to keep yourself moving, just don't try and overstretch your chest just yet. It'll gradually release itself and get easier.
So new they will be high and tight, as the implant is still very much D shape and stuck on. They will drop, but it'll take time, some girls can be weeks, some months, so just be patient, keep doing what your doing, and you'll get there. Don't worry about them not looking 'natural' just yet, you wont begin to see final results til around 6months.
