Hello everyone!
Only four more sleeps till my op, i am excited and dont usually feel nervous but this time i do!! I think cause i only booked it yesterday, i havent got time to get used to the idea! I am travelling home in a car that they have organised for me, i am worried about that too but im probably just being silly.

Re: July Buddies!
Hi DaisyDuke,
I'm having between 300 & 330cc unders - ps said it depends how much room there is in there as I'm quite small on the top. I'm an A/B now and fingers crossed I'll be a good C/D - wahey this time next week new boobies. OMG I feel totally excited one minute then sick to the stomach the next!
I'm guessing come next week when I'm off work chilling this blog will be my lifeline as I haven't really told people I'm having it done - dreading the staring at work the week after! ha ha will be funny watching people thinking 'has she - hasn't she' oh the joys of secrets xx

Re: July Buddies!
Hi Milliepig
I know exactly what you mean - I'm also dreading going back to work and getting all paranoid. I don't want to tell anyone at work as they are all blokes and I am the only girl - so its one I would like to keep private! My mum made a good point and said if I don't normally have them on display (which I don't), they most likely wouldn't notice, here's hoping!
At least you know that you won't be going through the paranoid bit on your own - up and down the country there are woman going back to work and people doing the did they/didn't they.
Good luck for your big day - my nerves are slightly kicking in. I hope this week flies by - lol

Re: July Buddies!
Hi everyone!
The nerves have really kicked in now! Boobies day tomorrow!! I cant believe how nervous i feel, i think its because this time i am having them done for medical reasons (to get PIPs out) and usually its cosmetic. I dont feel excited, i just feel scared. The only bonus is this surgeon doesnt use drains, yippee!! Oh well hope to get some sleep tonight but probably wont.......x

Hi georgie!
Just picked up on the 'doesn't use drains' bit - do these hurt? My PS said I would have drains in overnight in case of any bleeding.
Good luck for tomorrow x

Re: July Buddies!
milliepig, the drains are more uncomfortable than anything, and are used as a precaution in case of a bleed, so you bleed into them and not into your body, thats what i was told anyhow, they are a pain but your not in pain, if that makes sense hun.

Hello Milliepig,
The drains are no problem at all while you have them but they are just uncomfortable to have removed. But thats just me, i am such a wimp! Dont worry about them.xx
