I've got a pain in one of my boobs, is this quite normal soon after surgery? It only appeared after a few days but it's really annoying and can be quite uncomfortable. I didn't know whether it was because I am using my arms too much or something and it is straining the muscle? My boob is quite sore to touch as well, hope it is ok!

It's very normal Starz... as jojo said, it's the nerves starting to knit back together hunni and your boobs can be very painful and sensitive to the touch during this time hunni, I used ice packs to see me through and found they helped alot. xxx

Don't place any ice directly onto your boobs babe, if you don't have any ice packs you can use bags of frozen peas or rice or if you don't have anything like that, you can wrap some ice cubes in a sandwich/freezer bag or wrapped in cling film and then wrapped in a towel before placing on your boobs hunni. xxx

I am now 7days post op and have had pain in the left boob only.... up until yesterday. I was really concerned that it was only one boob but as of yesterday the pain has switched sides so hopefully thats normal.
