Hi Ladies!!

I have a piercing in my tongue and was wondering if anyone had any probs getting this back in after surgery? How long does it need to be out for?

I'm worrying incase I'm too tired/drugged up to put it back in myself.

I once had it out for around 3/4 hours and it had started to heal up and I had to really push it back through (which hurt!!!).

hi hunni
i dont have a piercing but a few hours after my op i was in the bathroom putting my makeup on Hysterical earings in Hysterical and i did my hair Hysterical so im sure you will be fine hun.

Hi hun, depends how long you have had it pierced, ive had mine done for 6 years and i can leave mine out all day. I took mine out just before op and put it back in bout hour after ba ;)
