Implant projection Empty Implant projection

Post by Elaine0320 26th April 2010, 6:06 pm

i have been doing some research about the width an projection of my implants in comparison to the other girls implants on here and im worried that the projection of the implants is really big.

310cc - projection - 5.2cm
365cc - projection - 5.4cm

is this quite a large projection??

Hi hun, I think you need to trust what your surgeon is advising will get you to the size you have asked for. If you are worried it may be worth getting a few more opinions from some different surgeons. I had 410cc high profile round allegan CUI overs and my implant projection is 5.4cm with a width of 12cm. I don't think it's that big a projection but that is just my opinion.

Awww hunni, you have what you like! It really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks as long as you're happy Hug

In saying that though, I really do feel you need further advice from your surgeon to have it explained to you exactly what you're having and the look and size you will achieve from each implant as you just seem so confused.

I had the same size as misf1 with a 5.4 projection and as you can see from my avatar, measuring a 32F I have quite a big bust for my size. Natalia too had 410s and she looks much bigger than me! But she's a smaller frame than I am, so her breasts are larger as is misf1 but on someone taller/bigger/less breast tissue/wider than I am, they wouldn't look quite so large hunny, so much of this sizing buisness depends on so many factors babe. xxx

Those sizes are 3mm and 5mm bigger than mine which is not a huge amount when you think about it and mine are certainly not big! x

mine really do stick out but thats what i wanted but u have seen them and i have same size as misfit and cookie and u said mine were not to big and i have same frame as u so i souldnt worry about yours looking to big now if u were to go with 600cc then u might look top half heavy but not with the size your having and i would def go with 365 if u wanna look a d bcause most girls wish they went with the bigger size very few wish they went smaller

HI
Profiles have really got me confused-one of the reasons I am going for a re-op! I think if in your mind you want to be bigger you should go for it and dont care what people will think. When I went back to work after my ba I think the girls didnt even think I had, had them done-gutted! Got my final consultation coming up in June and wish I could take my lap-top so you girls could join in with your advice. Someone actualy said to me my boobs didnt look any bigger just wider. Would really speak to your surgeon again and dont be like me-very disapointed.

You've met someone now! 😁 I chose to have smaller implants when I had my re-op and reduced my size because I always felt my boobs from my 1st BA were too large for my frame. xxx

Which why it's so important to go through size issues with your surgeon until you're both happy that you will gain the size you hope to achieve hunni. Being uphappy with your breasts because they're felt to be large can be just as upsetting as feeling they're too small no matter the percentage hun.

I didn't go through sizes properly with my first op, I was just so excited at the prospect of having larger breasts and from the experience I have now I would NEVER advice any lady to go for the biggest or smallest implant available to them, I will always advice they seek that advice from their surgeon and don't go through with the surgery until they're happy with the advice they've been given. Biggest isn't always best IMO sweetheart, the best is the implant that fits you and suits your personal requirements. xxx

Projection is a real difficult one!
I have 605's and the projection is 5.8cm, at first I was like OMG they are going to be massive and I was freaking out right up to the day of my surgery.
Now I have them and am 2 weeks post op today they really arent massive on me and I am so so pleased with them.
I think you have to trust your surgeon as Misf1 said as they really do know what they are talking about.
Good luck with what you decide Implant projection 321562

I Would think 365cc is fine but would discuss . I have 525cc and love the projection on mine but someone else might not feel the same it does all depend on your frame and body size , I wouldn't worry too much what others may think as long as your happy with your decision and feel that you have been informed enough to make the right choice then go for it !
