Hey Lovely
It is hard! Like you I didnt use to smoke that much and normally when out rather than at work. I stopped as soon as I booked my BA because I want to give myself the best possible chance of being able to heal properly especially because I have such scar prone skin.
It is really hard and tbh I have been thinking this week I cant wait for when I can have a ciggie again! Obviously this wont be for a while but I am so nervous at the moment I could really do with one!
Lots of love
