And decided to go for 390cc unders from the 350 I had originally decided to go for. I've also gone for another MB surgeon since mr SH wouldn't go for bigger than that. I'm going for high profile and I'm going to have twilight surgery!!! OMG! SCARY!!
My surgery is still a month away and I can still change my mind regarding the size. Do you think 390cc unders will be too big? I'm 32 A, ribcage 12, wear 34D bras with empty cup. Looking to achieve at least a full C and small D... if that make sense.

If anyone will be kind enough to let me have a look at their pics so I can have an idea what I might look like. I also had look at my ps work and some other pics on the internet and the shape do vary depending on the amount of breast tissue you have before surgery.

I think you'll be bigger than a d and way bigger than a c with 390s.

I had 325s and I went from an ampty a cup to a dd. I'm a 32 band size too.

What height are you? I am just under 6ft and had 420s, the surgeon this was the biggest he would recommend to ensure I was in proportion and looked natural - he was right. I wouldn't have like to have gone any bigger.

Why not seeking another surgeons opinion?

Ah boobie greed, think it gets us all at some point. I started a 32A and had 410cc and am now a 32FF/30G
I'm not sure if you will end up a D or bigger, but you shouldn't be any smaller than a D. It's so difficult to pick a size, but I don't think they will be huge or silly looking. I think you just have to trust your new surgeon will give you what you asked for.

it does all depend and your surgeon will know best its best not to go off someone elses results for example I had 525cc and Im a full E to an F yet natalia had 410cc and is now a FF try the rice test or see if the surgeon will let you try them in a bra xxxxxxxxxxx

You sound happier in your post hun but if you're still unsure, it might be best to book a second consultation with your chosen surgeon just to go through sizing with you again and give you the reassurance you need. xxx

Yup Cookie :) I'm happier! Guess you remember my older post when I was so depressed about the sizing. Hopefully I made the right decision. I still got 4 weeks to go before surgery so who knows? I might change my mind again and go smaller, lol.

Tilly, I'm 5'6. My shoulders are quite broad with a slender waist. Do you guys think I may end up looking disproportionate?

You'll probably be bigger than a D in measurement but you'll definatly look at D.
