Exercise Empty Exercise

Hi. I am now 4 months post op and have just started to get back into training mode. However, I don't feel comfortable doing full press ups so have been doing really girly ones, and also have just done about 15 minutes on my ab cruncher but again, it didn't feel like before I had my ba. The problem is, it feels like a pulling sensation and I really don't want to do any damage to my very expnsive boobies! Have any of you ladies experienced this and how do you overcome it in your training? Also, do any of you still do weight training? I would love to get back to that but feel it's a big no-no nowadays!

Thanks xxxx

hey! my OH is a strength & conditioning specialist - I do weights too. I am having my op 26th April so although I don't know what it feels like he has assured me that weights can't do any harm... as long as you're healed. And I do olympic lifting too... so no light weights :)
You should be fine as long as your healed up. remember that it will pull because theres something in there that wasn't before :) xx

Thanks ladies. I don't mind the pulling sensation as long as it's not damaging so now I know, I'll try to let myself work harder....!
