booking date dilemma
I will be booking my BA after my next (and last) consult which is on the 13th April. I have seen James McDiarmid who was great and will make the decision between him and Mrs Kat who is the surgeon I am due to see.
However, I stopped breastfeeding in early Jan and have been told that 3 months is the minimum but 6 is better for BA after breastfeeding. So this takes me to early July.
I have my daughters leavers ceremony and BBQ to go to on the 23rd and then my hubby is away th enext weekend, the 30th. I am too impatient to leave it to August though and also want the kids to have a good summer hol not be looking after me or being kept at home because I can't drive them anywhere.
So I am thinking early July?/ Will I be ok for the leavers do?
I will be having overs and have recovered really quickly from my caesareans in the past.
Any help or advice would be really great and soooo useful!! Thanks girls xx

Re: booking date dilemma
You're giving yourself well over a two week recovery period for overs, so given that you have no complications post-op kayla, you should be absolutely fine babe. xxx
Re: booking date dilemma
I would think you will be fine for the do. Although finding an outfit to cover the sports bra may drive you nuts lol. But you can worry about that later. Try to give yourself a week to feel normal after the GA

I should think you will be fine as your allowing enough time to recover. x

If your having overs then 2wks should be fine. I had partial unders and Ive been going out and about after 2wks. Im just a lil sore when all is done.......mostly my back aches.

Re: booking date dilemma
That's all sounding great!! I will try and book for the first week of July.
I am nervous about the GA but like you said misf1, I am giving myself at least a week to get over it.
I am nervous and excited now!! Thought I may have to put it off till Sept, so early July is great.
