Re: What do u guys think of Z bras?
Hi hun my clinic advised me to get a 34E when having my op. So I bought that size Z bra, they are expensive but I think they are worth the money and I still wear mine for the gym it's that supportive. I couldn't wear my Z bra straight after my op due to swelling up to a 36, but I had lots of cheap £4 bras from asda to get me through my swollen days. Once I could fit into my z bra at 2 weeks post op I wore it most of the time as my boobs felt really heavy and the z bra doesn't let them move lol, I think I needed that extra support around that time.
Re: What do u guys think of Z bras?
I've bought myself a Z bra for when the initial swelling goes down. I bought cheapy Asda ones in larger sizes to wear at first. To me it seems really good and I know it will be very supportive. I'm usually a 32B but I have bought a 34 band and it fits me quite snugly now. What cup size are you expecting to be after the BA? It might be wise to try a 32 and 34 in the cup size you are expecting to be and see how it fits you now round the ribs. xx

Re: What do u guys think of Z bras?
Z bra's rock!!! mine was the comfiest bra i wore & it still is when i want a sports bra on. Def worth every penny. I bought an asda one too but to be honest it fitted naff & rubbed where my scars are & it hurt like hell on me. So i just used my Z bra for weeks. Then when i felt like i could wear one that didn't have a deep comfy band i had some from M & S which were ok but still not as nice as my Z bra. The reason the Z bra was also good was that it goes to a V point at the front whioch enable you to wear most of your normal clothes whilst wearing a sprts bra. I found that others came up too high showing my sexy bra off....lol x

They are very tight, I remember trying mine on over my A's and my 34E bra fit (just) not that they needed supporting, so I think a 32D would be good although you may or may not be able to wear it straight after your op. I'd get a few 34 bands in the cheaper sports/supports bras too just in case. You can always take them back if they don't fit.

Well you'll certainly be at least a D cup but probably bigger, however they are so stretchy that the D will probably be fine. I am likely to be a C/D and I opted for the C cup one so it'll be super supportive xx

Re: What do u guys think of Z bras?
Hi hun,
I used these and they are fantastic, and so so comfy and supportive. I actually have just listed two medical z bras in size 34d on ebay, 1 black and 1 white. They are expensive and I bought mine a band size up to allow for sweeling etc.. They fit me perfect for the first week after having 320 and 280cc anatomicals, but I am actually measuring a 32e so used it as an excuse to go and do more sports bra shopping, lol
sarah xx

Well I wasn't that impressed! I found it wasn't a good fit and didn't offer as much support as I was looking for. It also had a £38 price tag.
I ended up getting the £18 m&s front fastening ones that my ps recommended in the first place . Another advantage to the m&s ones is you can take them back and exchange them for different sizes.

Re: What do u guys think of Z bras?
If you order the Z bra from 'underthetop' think thats what the website is called you can send them back for a refund if they don't fit or you order for size. You get 14days. So you can order 2 or 3 & which ever you don't keep send back & get your money back ;-) x
