best bra to support new boobies x
Hey girls
Just wanted to know what bras are best for supporting new babies the one I have dosnt lift them much and seems to squish them alot !!!! any recommendations welcome !!! xxxxxxxxxx

also anyone know if you can use slendertone after boobies !!!! I swear by mine and havent used it for three days !!!

All the sportsbras I've used pretty much squish them babe, I think that's the reason they're recommened after a BA, they compress the breast and hold them in place. xx

Yea I guess Im paranoid about bottoming out !!!! xxxxxxxx p.s I have a big bruise right next to my nipple anyone else have this ? x

personally I love the sports bras from m&s found them really comfy. xx

I found the M&S zip one very comfy although they do squish abit and the royce one too still like wearing them now..

Hi hun,
I bought a few from m&s. They are high impact sport bras and are actually slightly lower cut so can be worn under all your clothes. They are soooo comfy and really really supportive. They cost £20 and do white and black, so it covers your whole wardrobe, lol.
I had a horrendous black bruise at the side of my right breast near the crease. Its going slowly but was a corker, lol
