So if you get full projection, it will add to what you already have in the upper pole as they stick out more and therefore give more upper pole fullness than mods x

that was exactly what I thought (I even told the surgeon: as long as they don't look like Posh's!) and I had the same size choice as yours. My ps said there was not much difference between the two so for that tiny extra bit of fullness the 265 would still be natural enough - but it does depend on your stats hun. If as you say you have some tissue, full projection should be ok. Anyway there is no point in us blabbering about what we have chosen, you need to see your ps so I agree, if your pc is still no help, phone the ps's surgery!

Why does everyone say such different things??!!

My surgeon said you lose about 5% of the implant with unders...and my boobs seems a very similar size to when I tried the implant on in my sports bra. Same with my 255cc rice boobs - all pretty much the same.

Everyone's so different though
