Sleeping on side and front?
I'm 8 weeks post-op now and I'm still worried about sleeping on my side and my front. I've even still got extra pillows. So scared of damaging the goods lol. I don't have any soreness or anything I think I'm just wary. Also how long before you slept braless?

Re: Sleeping on side and front?
I started sleeping on my side after a few weeks but to be honest I have only been sleeping on my front in the last couple of months and I'm 7months post op. I think aslong as you feel comfortable then you will be fine at 8 weeks to do both.
As for sleeping bra less I started to after the 6week mark as before that was told to wear a sports bra night and day. xx

As you're fully healed now as long as you have no pain or discomfort, you'll be absolutely fine to sleep any way you want to now hun, just listen to your body and if you feel OK then sweet dreams! xxxx
Re: Sleeping on side and front?
I started sleeping on my sides about 3 weeks post op but only just started sleeping on my front in the last month or so as I've only just got used to the feeling! xx

Re: Sleeping on side and front?
two weeks I started sleeping on my side and I never really sleep on my front, only every now and again and for me it took a good few months, 7 or 8 before I felt comfortable doing it, not cause it hurt, just felt weird. I would say just see what feels comfy and do it. You wont hurt them now, they will be nicely healed
Re: Sleeping on side and front?
having said i have slept on my front i kind of found a technique whilst trying to get comfy.. I had my hands kind of under my boobs propping my chest up a bit and my head on a couple of pillows so there was a sort of space for my boobs to rest in so they didn't get too squashed... sounds weird but it was good at the time!

Hello fellow weirdo, I do this too!
I have a couple of pillows, one arm under, roll kinda half way onto my from, with my other hand up on the pillow, it makes a kinda gap for the boobies to fall into so there isn't as much pressure on them LOL
Re: Sleeping on side and front?
Hey Alfie!
Oh I remember the first night I naturally lay on my front... WHAT A WEIRD EXPERIENCE But now it's a piece of cake and doesn't feel weird at all!
Think of them as built in pillows!

We had a night away for a wedding and when I pulled my sports bra out at bedtime my dh was like 'there is no way on this earth you are wearing that' so that was his special 'treat' .

I think its meant to be 'darling husband' or it certainly is on another forum I use, but the other version works too
