Partial Unders and weight training- Advice needed! Empty Partial Unders and weight training- Advice needed!

Post by CherryCheesecake 18th January 2010, 3:53 pm

Hello hello!

OK so now I have another problem.

Well, you probably all know by now that I am obsessed with all things size, weight, dieting etc. I asked before whether anyone thinks that my boobs will change with weight loss and the answer generally was that as long as it is a 'sensible amount of weight' then no.

Thing is that I am still major paranoid about sagging boobs. Everyday now I find myself getting up to look in the mirror to check if they're still up on my chest and not round by my belly button again. And I swear to God they ARE getting saggy. :-( Well not saggy, but they're just not as perky as they were now that they're healed and all traces of swelling has subsided. All this and I'm only 4 months PO. Partial Unders and weight training- Advice needed! 304294

Anyway, the issue that I have now is that I am currently working out in the gym everyday (its cardio 5 times a week and weight lifting 3 times a week) and I have partial unders. They're only 240CC so not big at all. But if I continue weight training and building muscle while losing fat (essentially losing weight then) Will the fact that I have had partial unders make any difference? I forgot to ask before whether effects of weighloss etc is related to the placement of implant too, not just generally. Well what I mean is, if I am doing chest exercises ie- pushups, and using dumbells etc will flexing my muscle all the time damage my body, or damage the implants- or if not damage them will any of the above make any difference to my boobs and the way my boobs look?

Does anyone else have unders/ partial unders and workout with weights regularly in the gym? Or has anyone else lost weight/built and bulked muscle through quite gruelling diet and exercise AFTER they had their BA and has this done anything at all? ie- Made them look bigger/smaller/saggier/perkier?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I get these panic attack moments where its like ALL I can think about and then I convince myself that my boobs are going to perish and go back to being stones in socks!

Any input would be much appreciated.
