Righty lower than lefty
How annoying is it having a slightly lower boob. I know I have been blessed as I've had no complications whatsoever but my righty is a little lower than lefty.
My ps did say pre op that I had one ever so slightly lower but it never bothered me. Now their bigger it's starting to bother me.
Am I just nit picking as I'm Settled now and looking for the perfect boobs? Or have people had revision surgery for the slightest wonk?

Re: Righty lower than lefty
my righty has defo got lower than leftie too and considering how much higher it was i'm kinda wondering why it's now noticeably (to me) lower. :dunno:
The worst thing you can do is take pics and look at them that way because it will look worse than it is, that's why i have avoided pics for now, in a bra they look and feel the same and you wouldn't even notice it's lower so i'm trying to concentrate on the positive for now.
As for you hun, if it is something thats very noticeable then there is no harm in checking with your PS his opinion on it but if it is very minor and only you can notice it then there is every chance it's not going to be worth trying to change, especially if you are happy in every other way with your boobs hun i would say it's not worth attempting to change something so minor and ending up with something else wrong you know what i mean, only you know how much this bothers you chick so 'if in doubt, check it out.'

Re: Righty lower than lefty
Hi jemmy
I don't really know if you have fully settled yet so it could be that your leftie still has some catching up to do. I know at about 5 months my leftie seemed to do it's own thing and I had proper wonky uneven boobs, it has always been the slightly bigger of the two so I was worried I might be stuck like that, but calmed myself and waited a while and they have evend out nicely. The right is still a little higher but it is slight. As time goes on they do seem to even out more.
I agree with SS though if it is bothering you, consult your PS he/she might tell you to wait longer or maybe it is something that will not right itself and may need a re op, in which you would need to consider the implications of this.
Maybe a question for one of the resident surgeons?

Re: Righty lower than lefty
my boobs have both settled and both together so i cant sympathise altho i can imagine how frustrating it is, as my surgeon first said i could take up to a year to heal properly xxx hugs xxx

Re: Righty lower than lefty
I was told by my surgon that no one has perfectly matching boobs to start with & thats just natural & nature! he said any size difference or shape will become greater & become more obvious with the implants so to try & be realistic in that they will not perfectly match. The implants make your boobs bigger so i guess in theory they show up the smaller things that never bothered use before......as your boobs get bigger so do the imperfections.
hope this makes sense!
My right boob is lower then my left one & im going to ask my surgon about this at my 3 month check but im shore he will say its normal

Re: Righty lower than lefty
It's jot majorly noticeable at all. It's ever so slight and probably some days not noticeable at all.
I think I'm just over analysing now as ive has them done. They don't look any different in bras (except for being fab!)
I'll definately mention it to my ps when I go back for my year check up. Thanks ladies x

I would agree with Misf1 and say they probably havent fully settled yet, results can take up to a year and everyones different so maybe give it a little longer hun.

The scars are perfectly in their crease. You can't see them at all, which is great as I was a little worried that they would be visible. I'm a very lucky girl, I shouldn't be so picky hehe
