Boob job on weds and STILL undecided!!!

Hi girls, I know you probably have had enough of me going on about this but it's doing my head in! Sorry girls for being so annoying.

I am finally convinced I am going to have overs (although the rippling thread scared me a bit) but I still haven't decided my size... 240 or 265? there isn't much difference between the 2 sizes but for some reasons in my mind it has become an issue!

I recap: the 240 are 10.5 wide which is exactly my chest width. They would be good as they are the perfect fit and I don't want to look too big, but I am afraid that after the op I will get boobie greed and wish I'd gone a bit bigger.
The 265 are 11 cm wide which is a bit more than my actual width, and although I am tempted I am afraid they will look a bit too big and noticeable.

I know you probably can't even tell the difference between the two but I still need advice!

Hi hun, my BWD was 10.5 and my implants were 11.5 so i went over by 1cm and i have nice side boobage which i wanted to give me an hourglass look. But matching your bwd perfectly is great, depends what look you're after i guess xxx

lol BB, that's my problem, I got so obsessed with it that i don't know what my gut feeling is anymore.
I think I should go with 240 because it can't go wrong, but that's my rational mind speaking, not my guts :P

Ahh i see what u mean thanks for explaining sorry moonmar..i dont really know i would say if your unsure go with the 240 as you are certain there will be no risk of rippling etc, or maybe have a chat with your surgeon on the day x x x

Oh what a toughie! I really hope you make your mind up and are happy with your decision soon, although i think that we have doubts right up until the GA kicks in!
My 250cc is ideal for me & my frame, (can only talk about 1 here )
5ft 2 size 10.
A little bit of side boobage is not going to make alot of difference and will really only be noticeable to yourself but if it's not what you want then go for the 240cc but bear in mind that the enhanced boobie does not appear as large as the natural boobie so you may wish you went for the bigger one for that little bit more volume

I don't know what sizers are hun, he measured me and then made me try the implants in a bra. 240 looks good, 265 looks big but nice!
I am 5'7' and size 8, so fairly tall but slim. My initial idea was that small is best for me but now I am not sure! Will prob go with my gut instinct tomorrow, whatever it is at the time!

They're temporary implant they fit in you while you're under to determine size, not all urgeons use them though. Speak to your ps tomorrow hun before surgery and see what he thinks will be right for the look you're after xxx

Please dont stress about rippling I didnt want to worry anyone with yesterdays thread I just had a wobble. I have stuffed my face full of chocolate ( curley wurleys are the best!) for the past few days and have put back on a few pounds. Guess what today - no noticable rippling.

I had a massive 260/300 debate prior to my BA so completely understand where youre coming from. I saw my ps the day before retried the sizers on and went with my gut feeling -as a lovely girl from SoFem advised at the time- and I was right.
I have taken pics today and they almost look small Ha Ha Ha! after me worrying they were the 'biggest boobs known to man!' the day after my op.
What ever you decide they will be fab.

Aw hun, i had the same problem before my 1s BA too. After seeing the 1st surgeon i was offered 410 or 460 but the 2nd surgeon said 380 or 410! I told him i wanted the 460 to be sure i was filled out but he talked m out of it and sai itwould make me too big! Turns out i wasright and should have had the 460 all along so gut instinct is the way to go hun xx

Nads, my surgeon has said that for the look I want the 265 is the biggest he advises. He also said there is not much difference between the two so each will be fine even though the 240 is slightly better because of the width not the size. So he has left it up to me but I will have another chat with him tomorrow :)

Based on that, hunni, I would go with the 240. I know you're after a natural look and are not expecting huge bazookers!!

I had the choice of 240 and 265cc - and I'm not a petite one like you (Size 12 10.5 stone, 5'6")!! I chose the 265 and initially thought they were too small (I had unders). Now, however, I sometimes think the 240 would have been better, given a more natural result.

Don't get me wrong, I am happy with my boobs, but I also think the forum I was on before was all about big, big, big, and I felt pressured to go the biggest I could, when all I really wanted was nice, cute, in proportion boobies. Big is great if that's what you want, but it's definitely not what everyone wants.

This forum is all about the boobs you WANT and the implants that your surgeon recommends!

As you've been given a choice, I'd say if your happy going with 240 then go for it. The last thing you want is to have big boobs that you're not going to be happy with. with 240s you'll easily got up two or three cup sizes.

Ahhh this is so difficult!

I was offered 255 or 295, although my surgeon made it clear that the 295 would look big and noticeable on me, and he would prefer me to have the 255. I was happy with that, went away and chatted on forums, and contracted the dreaded boobie greed. I started trying to convince him that I needed the 295s, but he stood his ground. All I can say is thank god he did - these babies are more than big enough for me!!! I certainly wouldn't want to be any bigger.

The way I see it, you can wear padded cleavage bras on days you want that extra va va voom, but if you're too big you will always be self-conscious. Ending up too big was my worst nightmare.

There's only a tiny difference between those 2 sizes...25ml is 5 teaspoons!! Put that in a cup and it's barely anything. You have to be the one to make this decision, but if I were you I would ask for your surgeon's honest advice having shown him pics of the look you want, and then go with it...

Very good point Carrie!! I am thinking that as I am having overs which can already look a bit more rounded/fake than unders, the bigger I go the more that shape will be accentuated...
But I might still change my mind all over again... suspence.... will let you know :)))
