Tried on the sizers again today, undecided still :(
Well back ive been for my 3rd appt and now I feel like I should toss a coin!
The 420 and 460 both looked fine, the 460 is a little more fuller at the sides and a little more projected. But the 420 felt ok,however I'm conscious of the 10-15% loss and getting boob greed!! Only 7 days to go and they need 72hrs to order it in!! :(

Oh hun, I don't envy you having to choose. It's so hard. I'm sure you'll make the right choice for you. Have a sleep on it and see what you think in the morning.

Ray I am having the same dilemma. 330 or 375.????? Somedays I think i want to make sure they are big enough and want the 375 and other days I think 335 will be a nice subtle size. I want to be a size d max but its hard to take the plunge and opt for a specific size without having a guaranteed outcome.
What size are you hoping to be Ray? X

Have you girls had a look at the before and after stats thread? If you can find someone with similar body size it might give you an indication of what size you may roughly end up? X

I always say you can make boobs look a little bigger but you can't make them look smaller. You can also go bigger with a second op no problem but it's harder to go smaller x

That's very true princess! And you have to remember the bigger the implant the higher the risk of complications x

Re: Tried on the sizers again today, undecided still :(
I'm hoping for a d-d/d.
My consultant has said the min I need is 420 due to the shape of my breast, I was offered 520 but that was far to big I felt. So I went back to try out 460 and both look ok. I think I prefer 460 but freaked by how everyone sees them as big implants. It's so silly as its only 40g difference but its the not knowing truly what the after results will look like.
My consultant advice was that if I'm sure about a size then go for it, lol. If not then go for the larger as the most common complaint is that they are not big enough!
I asked him about complications with this side if I was mores at risk and he assured me that wasn't the case.
I'm putting pics up if anyone fancies giving me their opinion. xx

Hey rayray,
i think everyone has this problem and im facing it too! Like the girls have said, going with your gut is a good idea and remembering that its easier to go bigger than smaller on the reop, but for me, although i want natural and not in your face, i still want to feel like theres a difference.
Im thinking of going with the bigger that has been offered just because i don't think it will make a huge difference in size and ild rather be slightly bigger than i expected that disapointed in being smaller.
You will make the right decision im sure! xx

I spoke to my ps a lot about the big implant issue as he had to tell me that 460 is a big implant.
The end result was that implant size is in relation to body type/size.
I am 5ft 9 and a big boned size 12.
For me 460 is a fine size implant.
If I was a 5ft 1 small boned lady size 8 it would be a big implant!!!!

Re: Tried on the sizers again today, undecided still :(
Even though I've been moaning about the size of mine, I'm glad I went for the implant I did, which is slightly bigger than I originally planned for because once this swelling has gone down and they have dropped, they will be the perfect size for my body shape.
Like you, when I chose the implant ,size I was also accounting for the loss of size once once in the body. I also saw lots of people say they look the same as their old boobs once in clothes.
I know you shouldn't but I had seen a girl exactly the same body shape, size and weight as me, identical she was, same hips and everything, and she got one implant size smaller than me. I knew I wanted to be in proportion but to also have a touch more on top of my proportional size, so here i am now with what will be a good choice once they've settled and swelling has gone.
The size really is the hardest thing to choose but try to not to make a snap last second decision because you might not make the right one. xx

I'm going for the 460 because I did want 525 but my surgeon said my frame is far too small. I'm 5ft3 and weigh 8 stone. I'm a 34a/b and looking to achieve an E. I'm also worried about boob greed. Go with what you feel is the best for you. Xx

Re: Tried on the sizers again today, undecided still :(
from my experience i found rice boobies bigger than my implants and the sizers i tired way smaller than my implants..neither helped me really! i was choosing between 310 and 340 and decided on the 340 and sooo glad i did - but the others are right in saying it easier to go bigger next time but not smaller. in the end i thought i want big boobies, im paying 4k i dont wanna regret not going big enough so chose the bigger ones xx

I went back to see my surgeon yesterday to try sizes. and like you i was struggling with size. I thought I wanted bigger than 375 but having tried it i knew it was the right size for me. gut instinct goes a long way. I hope you find the right one for you hun xx
