Re: Rounds or anatomicals?
Hiya, again, your ps will know what will be best for you in terms of implant shape. Anatomicals are good for girls with not much breast tissue who need a more natural slope. You should be fine with rounds i would think. I had hardly andy breast tissue and have rounds and they look quite natural xx
Re: Rounds or anatomicals?
Hi Kayla
I will be having anatomicals for my next op and currently have rounds with hardly any breast tissue which I think look really natural so i will see what the difference is!
I think im right in saying that anatomicals are more difficult for the surgeon so need to find one that is used to using them x

Re: Rounds or anatomicals?
I think your right Holly, if you want or are reccomended anatomicals you need a surgeon that is experienced. As there are risks of rotation etc.
Kayla, I really would get a few consultations with some surgeons to see what they reccomend. You may prepare yourself for anatomical unders and the surgeons may recomend round overs. It is a good idea to research the profiles (high, low, moderate) the placement (unders, overs and partial unders) the shape (round, anatomical) the make of the implants (allergan, nagor, etc). That way when you are in your consultations you will be able to make informed decisions and ask the surgeon why s/he plans to use that placement or profile.
