Re: good link - anatomicals vs rounds
This is pure sales pitch. Part of the whole fluffing process is that the volume of a round implant moves to the bottom to give that anatomical shape. They are not just for "Women who desire a rounded breast shape, with a rounded upper breast curve", as this is exactly the opposite of what I wanted, and do not "represent a compromise when it come to enhancement of breast shape, a compromise that is not required with the use of anatomical implants"
You can see from the xray that once fully settled, dropped and fluffed, there is barely a difference in shape.
In addition, you'd be hard pushed looking at the girls avi's to tell rounds from anatomicals, overs from unders. An implant should be chosen on the basis that it is the best for you.
I'm sorry, but this is an unfair and biased article, and does not accurately represent the facts between the two implant shapes.

I thought the same thing. After looking at countless before and after pictures of women with modest cc implants, I couldn't see any differences between the two types.
I asked the surgeon I went to see about them and he said although he does use anatomicals on occasion, he has found that round implants give an equally natural shape in most cases.

Rounds can give just as natural a result as anatomicals, you just need to look at the avi's on here, but one of the benefits you can get with anatomicals is the different sized heights the implants come in , especially beneficial for those requiring a certain width for their BWD but with a shorter external notch - breast crease measurement , they have the option of an implant with a shorter height measurement to choose from. If you are looking for an implant that can give a slight nipple lift there is also the option of having conical implants. X
