Sore Nipples??? Empty Sore Nipples???

Hey Girls i need some help. . . . .Yesterday and today i am suffering with sore nipples, has anyone else had this??? Apart from that im fine, was abit worried as i had a shower yesterday and took my bra off for a little while and i dont want to hurt or upset anything, was that the right thing to do???? Sore Nipples??? Icon_eek Getting panicky as i go see my PS 2morrow and i 9 days post op x

Yes chicky. My nips are still kinda sore to touch. I find rubbing my vasaline coccoa cream on helps :-) x

My left was so sensitive it was sore at times xx Right was numb for a long time xx All normal I'd say xx

hi hun I didn't have this but I was told I could get it, people recomended breast feeding pads in your bra to stop rubbing and irritation. Most people need to take the bra off for about half an hour just for comfort, we've all done it and I'm sure it does no harm.

Thanks everyone for your help and support, went to see my PS for a checkup and she said its totally natural for that to happen but they have calmed down now so thats a bonus, am just hoping now that i fluff!! x
