Hi
Thailand was amazing! It was a bit of a shock to the system arriving here to -4 when i'd been used to 85, ha, ha!!
It has gone sooooo quick. I am a little scared but more excited than anything, i cant wait now. Once they're done i'll be desperat for them to get soft and squishy, ha, ha i wonder how long it takes?
Good luck to girls that getting new boobies today, so jealous!!!

Re: January Buddies!
I think it can take a few months for them to go properly soft and squishy but changes happen everyday - a lot of girls find it helpful to keep a photo diary so if they get frustrated with them not dropping very quickly they can see the changes they've really gone through already.
I think my main frustration will be wearing a big ugly sports bra everyday for a month and be banned from pretty ones! thats like putting a child in a sweet shop and telling it its not allowed any sweets!!!
I still haven't bought any post op bras yet have you? There are just sooo many to choose from - whats the difference between one that costs £6 and one that costs £35??? (apart from the dent in your wallet)

Re: January Buddies!
Yeah all the dressing and strap is off i've just got steri strips on over the incisions which helps keep them closed. They're staying on for 10 days and then i'll peel them off.
No long for you now hun, you feeling excited?? xx

Re: January Buddies!
Yes I am feeling excited but a bit weird! I'm sure its normal to have 'what ifs' whizzing around my head right now but wish they would go away!

Congrats 8oo8ies, I'm glad it has all gone well and you are happy with them! it always shocks me when i see people who have had it done on the forum the same day - i have a vision of being all hooked up to machines out of it like on casualty ... as you may be able to tell I have never been into hospital before!xx

Me tooo. I'll just be dying to be measured and get buying. I really hope it goes as fast as this last few weeks!!
I've got my pre-op assesment on the 19th, hopefully that'll all go well, although i'm not really sure what they do, blood pressure and stuff i suppose.
I haven't bought any yet. I've paid for two which i'll be fitted for at the hospital then when i no what size to get i'll get some. I think you probably get more suppport with the expensive ones. I'm going to try and get some priced middle of the range, not too cheap or too expensive.
Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited

Hi 8oo8ies
Sorry to hear the antibiotics have been making you feel ill. Hopefully you'll be feeling better once you've finished the course. Glad to read that other than that though things have gone really well for you
