Re: January Buddies!
Oh nooo! My OH has got man flu and I think I might be on my way to catching it- although for me it will be merely a cold!
Nads you had a cold pre-op didn't you, did you still have it when you had your op or were you all better? I'm hoping if i do get it i get it now so its gone by the time my op comes round.
Gutted- I haven't had a cold for over a year!

Re: January Buddies!
Hi hun, are you healing nicely? Have you slept on your back yet? I'm wondering if I can do this propped up thing for much longer it's killing my back - i normally have one really flat pillow and sleep on my tum!
I think I m healing well although I drove today and really shouldn't have, 5th gear was a killer and about an hour later i was caught in my tracks with really bad pains in my leftie! Not going to attempt that for another week at least!!!

Re: January Buddies!
Hi Hattie
When i went for my check-up yesterday i asked if i could start laying flat and she said it was fine and i could even try lying on my side but defo not on my front till 4 weeks post op! So last night i had what felt like the most amazing shower of my life, lol and then i hopped in to bed and layed flat! It felt so strange after being propped up for so many nights but so good too!! I did try my side but it felt a bit tender so i didn't stay there!
I haven't attempted to drive yet as the surgeon said he'd like me to wait 2 weeks and only drive after a week unless i absolutely had to. I quite like being driven around so I'm not going to attempt it till the weekend.
Being back at work is strange, I bought a few different tops so no one has noticed so far. I wont be a secret forever, someones bound to notice in the summer but i quite like no one knowing.
Feeling a lot less swollen now and loving my new boobies, hopefully all the swelling has gone and they'll stay this size, whatever size that is?!?
Looking forward to getting measured now
