omg im actually starting to like my boobs

ok i know iv been banging on about how dissapointed i am with my boobs and i still am going to chat to my surgeon about it, my opinion regarding the size hasnt changed but my attitiude has, ive spent some naked time today looking in the mirror and they are a lovely shape they may be smaller than before but the shape is really good hes done an amazing uplift and its only 10 days post op and i think when the skin stretches a bit thet will prob look a little bit bigger. when im able to wear normall bra they will look even better again.
i can see some rippling and you can defo feel it so that has made me think i prob wont be able to go much bigger anyway unless i want loads of rippling. i am defo in a more possitive mood yes i still would like bigger boobs but i cant complain with the youthful looking ones i got now.
im having stiches out fri so i will post more pics then as theyve obviously changed since my first pics.

I think you are right about the rippling if you go bigger- I reckon you'll fluff a cup size or so over the next few months and with a decent bra you'll look fab!

I think your boobs look much younger and perter now and they'll get more attention than you got before! xx

Yay TFB soooooo happy for you! They are defo a better, more youthful shape than before. Like Jade says you may very well fluff out another cup size anyways.

I wouldnt get too hung up on bra sizes etc anyway, its how they look in clothes and how you feel about em when you look at them and if your changing to that line of thinking then I think your on to a winner!!! xxx

Thats great Becca, as someone who has had a full mastopexy it can take a little longer for them to fall into shape as they are a little square and squashed but it does happen.
So pleased you are feeling better about them. yeah to the new boobies. xx

aww guys thanks for your posts iv had a weird day i realised that i actually do love my boobs so i thought ill go and but some of the finest sports bras out there lol i went in and told the lady about my op and she measured me at 32dd i was gobsmacked so my boobs arent small whop whop i tried on loads of 32dd ant they all fitted perfectly she said she wouldnt be suprised if i went to an e in underwires, what a day yeahhhhh. now i feel like an idiot iv been crying to everyone but atleast im happy now. i think its because i wasnt expecting uplift and when i did have one i didnt realse how pert theyd anyway looking forward now x thanks for all your support when iv been down girls, ibet ya thinking we told you so and im prob going love em more and more everyday x x x

It's still early days for you and you will be surprised how much different they will look in say 3 months time (which flies by) I'd say you will prob go up to and E or F when they settle. Glad you are loving your new boobies.

I think just after your op, yes they look bigger, but the skin is so tight and they are quite high up that they may appear to be smaller than you wanted. Plus sports bras make you look smaller. When I went to get measured in Bravissimo at 4 weeks post op I was sure they were gonna turn around and tell me "sorry love we have nothing to fit you, our sizes start at a D" I thought I would be a C, I was conviced, nearly fell on the floor when they brought me a DD and then said no it's way too small

i know serena i feel much better today even before i got mesured i was starting to love my new shape and i went to buy new sports bras and she said i was 32dd i was shocked serena and dont worry your going to have a lovely pair in a couple of months it fly by

thanks cookie i cat believe what a diffrence a day makes i cant wait to start wearing normall bras but not for ten weeks though. i honestly feel they look smaller but i think they will fluff and im a 32 dd so im happy with that, i would like to say to you especially you have been a fab support and really helpful so cheers my dears x x

Its 7 months after my op and I am only just starting to like mine. One is still a little higher and smaller but no one else seems to really notice. Give it a little time and you may get used to them. I thought mine would be perfect straightaway and they took time to look ok. Love the photo of your children breaks my heart to see little ones poorly, could'nt concentrate on your message for looking at your little one. Keep strong (I would fall apart if it was one of mine). I am sure you will get used to you new boobs, you will suprised how good they can look in the right bra. Most of the time mine look small and then I dress them up right and its like wow look at size of those puppies.x
