reply from sugeon
hi my pc contaceted my ps about my concerns about looking too small the ps said that hes given me what i wanted which was a mastopexy and a bigger implant, he also said at time of surgery he coulnt put a bigger implant in but he is willing to see me at around 8 weeks when they have settled a bit to discuss a bigger implant and to see if one is needed. I feel this is quite positive as he hasnt just dismissed me, and i feel he is being fair and not ruleing anything out. Ithink when i speak to the ps and tell him how i feel and how much its going to effect me (shallow as it may be) he will do it, (i can only hope)
I would like to add that i think my ps has done an excellent mastopexy and i think the scars are going to be really neat iv got a good shape but very disapointed with size.
There is nothing i can do now apart from wait but atleast i know that my ps is not being arrogant and willing to talk about it.

are thats brill news hunny. we will rougly get to see him around the same time time. you never no they might start to fill out when the skin stresses abit. like you say at least he being quite considerate. i would say that if he did do anymore to you, you would have to pay for the implants again. but thats just a thought i may be wrong. maybe in that 8weeks you might start to love and enjoy what you have got xxx

Well great positive news tutti
Must put your mind at ease, and enable you to relax more and await the healing process. I am sure they will settle better than you currently think, however, also, will have a better idea if the size needs to be changed to get your desired result!! Hope you do feel better...happy healing xxx

Hey hun,
He's right in saying that he did give you an uplift and technically a bigger implant, but I'm sure if you show him before and after pics he will clearly see that they now look smaller than before. It's strange how that happened when really you have a bigger implant in there, just goes to show how much breast augmentation surgery is not an exact science at all. Positive stuff though, I hope you get it sorted hun.

thanks girls im going to try not to think about it to much its hard though because evrytime i put my clothes on in the morning its an instant reminder, but on the plus side i look thinner cos my boobs are smaller but i have actually lost 5 pound since op 10 days ago dont know wether thats all boob as they are smaller lol (actually thats a valid point). but i know its a long way from him saying yes but he didnt dismiss me and give the impression that if he did think they were smaller he would do reop, but we will see you never know i may end loving em (stranger things av happened). i learnt how to do avator my two boys how cute x x x

I know they take breast tissue away when they do an uplift if there is excess tissue there but that would be some big amount to make them smaller than they were before!!
It's good the surgeon is willing to talk about this with you and i wish you luck with that.
The fluffing fairy may come to see you yet too.
Your pic is lovely..bless them, their sooo cute x x

Really pleased that you've heard from your PS babe and the option of a bigger implant has been thrown out there if after 8 weeks you aren't happy...
