hi girls op done after all the drama
first of all thanks for all your kind words and support when i was in hospital and going through the dessision of an uplift or implants or just to leave surgery all together, this forum was the only support and advice i had so thanks for that. i had the uplift and new implants i will prob be the same size as before but with a better shape, which is what my main aim was from the begining, i can not believe the say i had so up and down the staff were amazing and really accomadating and also the surgeon he was so matter of fact with me which is what i needed but i do wish he went into this kind of detail in my consultation, i think somewherewhere we got our wires crossed in consultation but iv only got good things to say about him. so i had my op fri and i feel amazing i feel a bit stiff and got shootong pains now and again but other than that no pain, my two boys are coming home at five so i just need to be aware of what im doing and take it easy. i am a bit concerned about what the scars are going to look like but i feel i mad the right decission. its reakky weird as i never thought my boobs were that saggy i just felt they had lost volume which is more or less the same thing i think thats where me and surgeon had our wires crossed anyway thanks to you all this forum has helped me no end x x

Re: hi girls op done after all the drama
Hey hun, congratulations and well done for getting through such a stressful day!
As you didn't have much time to research having an uplift as you were only aware that you would be having one on the day of your op, it must have been quite worrying for you. There are quite a few ladies on here who have had an uplift and implants and a lot of them are quite far post op so perhaps if you get chatting they may offer to show you pics of scars etc to put your mind at rest. It's best to get these things right first time and you don't want the worry of sagging in the future - maybe your surgeon could see the risk of this happening in the future rather than you actually having sagging breasts right now.
Happy healing hun xx

Hi hun, congrats on your boobies. Sounds like you had a bit of a stressful op day. Just take it easy now, shooting pains are normal. I'm sure the girls who've had an uplift will be along to help out with tips for scaring.
Re: hi girls op done after all the drama
Big congrats to you hun and good on you for going through with it after all the trouble in the hospital.
I think you made the right decision with having the uplift too. You'll be much happier!
Rest up and happy healing Hun. X

Re: hi girls op done after all the drama
Congratulations on your op. My scars aren't too bad, the actual scar is quite neat and faded its just the lie tissue around the edges thats a bit pink still. I expect that to fade at around the 7 month mark as thats when my c-section scars started to. I'll PM you my password so you can see what my scars are like. Take it easy now
