as above............. what is this i keep hearing it mention but have no idea what it means What is FLUFFING? 557141

It's something that mostly happens with unders girls but can happen with overs too, and it's when the muscles and skin around the implant relax more which can lead to an increase in size by a cup size or two x

Fluffing isnt a technical term and is mainly used by people on forums, its basically where the implant drops into the pocket and stretches out more. This can sometimes lead to a incread in cup size.

Yep I believe so because the muscle holds on to the implant more tightly than with overs where the implant is just behind the breast tissue. xx

Yeah Jess is right but the implant will still stretch out with overs or unders, the skin will stretch and scar tissue will form around the implant which will make your boobs look fuller and sometimes they will increase in cup size.
