fluffing?

i am probebly going to sound thick now but its really annoying me not knowing! Anyway what does 'fluffing' mean? is it when your boobs get bigger a few months after op? Why would they get bigger? its not like the implant can get bigger?! im confused :s xxx

fluffing is when the implant goes more into its pocket and fills out more at the bottom, strait after the opp you have fullness at the top aswell as the bottom making them look fake over time the liquid , jell moves more into the lower part of the implant causing a more naturall look, and the slope on the top of the boob that natural boobs have, It means you fill bras better meaning you can increase cup size.
