I agree with cookie, it would either be hormones, weight gain or your boobs have settled and softened some more causing you to increase in size

They could very well change again hun, whether it be due to the new HRT tablets or even further fluffing.

Me too please.....
I am sooooo depressed today, the thought that my boobs might actually grow a little is some hope to cling onto. I'm five weeks po now, and my left seems to have almost disintegrated. My right is still loads fuller at the top and sticks out further, so much so that if I make it back to England tomorrow I'm going straight to buy some chicken fillets to fill my left side. The difference was only slight before the op and now I feel like it's so noticeable. I went to see my surgeon last night and he said he's not worried about it....but he isn't wearing them is he?? Is there a chance that the right could still change...or that the left could get fuller again....I would say it's only 2/3 the size it was just after surgery. I would really appreciate some advice as I feel totally booby greedy and completely regret only having tiny ones. I was told last night that I can now wear underwired bras so bought a couple , and they only seem to accentuate the difference in size Rolling Eyes Sorry, I know I am ranting but feel so low....when I get back to the UK I know everyone will be wanting to see them, and will be thinking "umm, is that it?" hissy

Hi hunies, Fluffing basically is the 'settling' and 'softening' of the bobies, but this can happen months after the op, so you can be seeing changes for some time yet girls. Fluffing tends to soften the profile of the breasts, making them look more natural. Cookie has a good link to a diagram showing this, you wont necessarily lose all the upper profile though, I haven't...but they have softened into a natural looking breast. As far as both breasts not being the same, well this has happened to lots of girls on here but they have eventully corrected themselves, so don't worry too much. You are only 5 weeks post op Rach, please don't worry too much. xx

Thanks Angbaby....I have been trying to be patient, but I think because the surgeon more or less said that I'm back to normal yesterday, I suppose I feel like I should be! This couldn't be further from the truth. You're right, It's still early days, but some days seem to go better than others I guess! Thank you xx 😁

Hi hun, I can only tell you what I experienced, you need to bear in mind that everyone is different. I found that straight after my op I was able to wear a 34D easily, mine changed alot over the weeks and months and looking at my pictures they seemed to get bigger every month. I got measured after 4 weeks at a 32F at 9 months post op I got re measured at a 32FF or 30G. I had overs so I only had to wait for skin to stretch, you have had unders which means they can take a little longer to heal, you muscle has been traumatised and it can take about 6 weeks for a muscle to heal. Imagine it as you muscle really wants to get back to its original position, it doesn't want to be stretched so it will be tensed and squashing the implant down, as the muscle relaxes it should stop squashing your implant down and soften up and drop into a more natural position. This is when you will notice a difference in size/shape. It can start happening at any time, at a general guess i'd say between 6 weeks and 3 months. It's too early to tell what size you will be, the boobs you have now will not be the same in a years time. It's worth the long wait. I'd get yourself fitted at about 6 weeks.
