Re: Survival Tips...
Dont do too much too soon! I drove too soon and really put myself back! (i had unders)
I also defo recommend taking in a bottle of water with you. The night and morning after my op i was soooo thirsty and found it really hard to sit up (had drains as well) so with bottled water i could practically lie down and drink! It was a life saver!
I also did Tesco on-line shopping for about 3 weeks after! Really couldnt handle pickin up heavy stuff or pushin a heavy trolley!
Also took pillow to put under the seatbelt for the car journey home - that helped loads too.
Try and keep active after, but no stretching! I couldnt believe how unfit i'd got from not doing much, I practically needed breathing aparatus by the time i got to the top of the stairs!! xxxx

Re: Survival Tips...
massage lotion or oil gel into boobies everyday to both pre and post op to help prevent stretchmarks and peeling skin.
try to switch to paracetamol rather than co-codamol, they are seriously bad for making you constipated.
also my ps told me once i put bra on to lift each breast so nipple is sitting higher up in bra.
i don't want my nips to end up facing the floor lol so i do this religiously every day when i change my bra.
