just dont eat rubbish eat lower carbs protein builds muscle and i do this with power walking 4 times a week and can now see my tummy muscles but had to stop eating fat and sugar and up my protein i cant wait to see my stomach get ripped its amazing what good diet and exercise can do xxx

I had no choice but to have unders as I have thin skin and hardly any breast tissue.
I dont work out much but am naturally athletic in build and was told you would be able to see the implants if I had overs.
Apparently the pec muscle takes longer to relax around the implant if you work your muscles too hard post-op.
Good luck - listen to your surgeons recommendations.
