BA and pole fitness
Hi girls!
I currently go to pole fitness once a week at my gym and would like to increase the amount of classes and practise that I do at home,
I have been told I need unders as I have very little breast tissue,
When I flex my muscles are my boobies going to move a lot?
Also if I train harder after my BA will I be risking damage to the size and shape of my boobies?
Anyone else here tried pole fitness?
Xx

Re: BA and pole fitness
I have, but I haven't got my boobs yet so not much help as far as personal experience goes... having said that, there's this forum which is brilliant for meeting other polers, and some of the girls on there have had BAs and might be able to help you out with that =]
Re: BA and pole fitness
Hi
I used to do pole fitness.. I had partials 14 weeks ago.. I tried to pull myself up a pole the other day and just couldn't do it.
Maybe I could with a little practice but I didn't like the pulling feeling I had in my chest.
Best of luck to you x

Re: BA and pole fitness
Thanks for the replies girls!
I love mt pole fitness/dance it takes so much strength to do some of the things but I am too lazy to do any other exercise!
I know I will probably need a good few months off to fully heal but I was wondering more on the long term effects of my chest muscles getting stronger, will that cause my implants any harm or make my boobies wonky?

Hi hon, my surgeon said that to create unders I will lose 50% of the muscle as you are essentially cutting it in half and losing a v shaped portion of the muscle.

Re: BA and pole fitness
I used to dance years ago and i new some girls that has there ba and couldn't work for like 2 months as they didn't have the strength of the muscles and also there is a muscle insertion into ur shoulder too so I wouldn't rush into it Hun.
Plus if u rush back you may damage ur boobies?!
Ever thought about doing in professionally??? After ur ba?? Or podium dancing?

Re: BA and pole fitness
Thanks Hun, I'm not going to rush back to it after BA but will Probably just go back to class to re learn the basics before I get into the more advanced stuff again!
Was thinking about doing it professionally just to get some extra cash but my ex wasn't keen, hes now history and I can do what I want! Haha!
Have a strip pub down the road from me and I do go there a few times a month with blokes from work, I always get asked when I'm starting dancing!!!
Will wait and see how confident I am after my BA and never say never I suppose!!

Plus the fact you don't have to take your clothes off, that's a myth, it's jus you don't get paid as much!
I used tk podium dance in clubs too and dance on the bar in the strip club in the Intervals.
Good confidence boost x

Re: BA and pole fitness
I'm 7 weeks post op and have been back at dancing for the past week - I go on stage though only do a few pole moves, so far so good, no pain, though I don't push myself. Last night I managed to do an upside down move and all felt fine! Just listen to your body!
I do get slight distortion when I use my chest muscles, doesn't bother me though Xx

Re: BA and pole fitness
I do pole fittness too and I'm really hoping I'll be able to get back to it after my BA. I know 3 girls who have had BA and then been able to pole dance again, one is my instructor so I've obviously asked her loads of questions. She had a really good recovery and was stripping again in 2 weeks and doing basic pole moves, although I wouldn't recommend that nor will I attempt it that soon! I'm thinking of waiting a good 2-3 months. Hopefully as long as my PS allows it I'll go to the gym and start light excersice and light weights to slowly build the muscles up again.
Above all listen to your PS and your body! Xxx

Re: BA and pole fitness
I think my instructor has unders and I haven't noticed hers distorting. Hers look so natural I didn't realise they were fake until she told me! She's does really advanced moves, like the iron x and I haven't noticed it. Everyones different but hopefully we'll be lucky too!! Xxx
