Nipples! Part 2 Empty Nipples! Part 2

Hey girls,

A few of you might remember I wrote a post a few weeks ago about the changing size of areolas/nipples. To recap, my PS and PC said that my nipples would definitely not increase in size but they did and at my 1 week checkup my nurse said that even though they had increased they would shrink back as the skin was being stretched.

Even though I LOVE my new boobs, I can't help but feel a bit gutted about my nipples. I used to love how small and perky they were but now they just feel big and lifeless.

Has anyone got any experience of their nipples being stretched with the BA but then shrinking down a little bit afterwards? I'm 6 weeks post op and know I have a lot of changes to come, I just hope I get my nipples back! Thankyou!

No, I haven't heard of anyone having their nipples stretched very much. I had a nipple lift on the lefty and that one is now larger but I think perhaps as the sensitivity returns it will return to a normal shape. I think you might have to just play a waiting game Hug
