Pics up..honest opinions needed pls

Hi girls,

I've just posted some pics up on picturetrail - pre ba, a few days later and 14 days PO.

I haven't done this sooner because I'm a bit worried about how they look. I think my right boob has dropped because it looks a lot lower and bigger than the left. But if you look at the pic taken in hospital, with strappings on, the left one looks a bit higher up to start with??

I'd really appreciate any comments - please be as honest as you like!!

Lefty does look higher than righty. I'm sure it's just not dropped yet, they usually do drop at different times. Muscle just wants to hold on that little longer.

Their looking nice though, hell of a difference from your pre op pics. Lovely size with not such a big implant. They'll look fab when fully dropped x

I think they look fine huni. You're only 2 weeks post op and had unders so it'll still be a while until they settle for you. People always say that one drops before the other too, I think it depends on if you're right- or left-handed. Just give it some more time, I'm sure they still have a lot of changing to do.

Thanks girls I hope you're right and it's just that the left one hasn't dropped yet. I'm just scared it never will, it looks quite settled there atm! I guess only time will tell. xx

Remember you're only 2 weeks post op. Can take weeks or months esp with unders x

Hi hun, could I have a peek at your pics? I'm sure there's nothing to worry about - our boobs drop at different rates, especially if you have unders xxx

Can I have a peek too please? It is normal for one to settle before the other mine did!! It is really two seperate ops., and muscles on each side of our bodies differ too...i.e. one side you move more than other...my left took longer than right to settle..you will still have some swelling too as you are very early days. To be honest it did not concern me at all....I was just happy to have something rather than nothing xxxxx

Hi, just had a look at your pics and they look absolutely fine to me. One has dropped slightly more in the first couple of weeks but they both have some more dropping to do as it's very early days yet. They will even up soon, it just takes time. Nice set of boobies you have there, you should be very pleased xxx

I think you have a fantastic result!! You do have what we refer to as 'odd boobs' ...like we mostly all do....perfectly normal for early days!! You are the same as me right settled quicker than left. You also seem to have some swelling...which again is normal, It can take some time for it to go completly, due to trauma of op. By the six week mark you should see a great improvement as they settle into the pockets, muscle, tissue and nerves need to reknit and enable them to find their resting place in your body.

Did your surgeon not explain all this to you? seems not, as you are worrying needlessly, which is saddening, as you should be able to heal and enjoy the process with greater knowledge....I would be feeling exactly the same as you with no advice on the healing stages...I just want to give you a big hug and reassure you all will be well and you will have your dream boobs soon .....it really is patience. With anatomicals the pockets are made different and it is less noticable too...but the healing process is the same.

You will have a great result, once the swelling and settling subsides, they will soften and become more movable and even up.

Most of the information I have on the healing process is from this forum..I would have loved for someone to have sat down with me and explained exactly what would be going on with them. I think you should start a business, mia, a post ba advice and counselling service..you are wonderful and would make a fortune!!

I would glady sitdown with anyone and explain what I know and experienced....I have had a great and troublefree journey to date.

I would take pleasure in meeting some of the surgeons and P.C.s who fail to share and offer advice and support to people who have sought their services and like you paid for it!!

It is not nice to be left feeling as you are.....I truly do feel for you......it is also quite difficult to seek advice from others when you feel very vulnerable after a major op. Be proud of yourself..... you are doing great!!! and, helping others on thier journey too!!!

i think they look good hun, i can see what you mean about one being higher but the left one still looks swollen, just got to give it time. what an improvement though hun. id be proud of them hun xxx

i just looked at your pics hun and they look very good for being only 2 weeks po. as the other girls have said it takes longer with unders to drop and settle, the muscles are holding them in tight.
you have to remember too that each boob is a seperate op so they will heal at different times, your lefty will catch up hun and over the months you will see a huge difference in them.
so many changes take place over the months, it's a good idea to take pics every couple of weeks to look back on.

.x. hi can i have a peek please? I had 230ccs so almost same implant size as you and also I had one drop way faster than the other so don't worry too much about that, just have to wait for the other one to catch up!! .x.

.x. hi just had a look, thanks for sharing. i think they are looking good considering how early days it is and yes there is a bit of a difference but they are two seperate ops and one seems to always heal and drop faster than the other in most cases. so its totally normal and im sure that over the next month or so they will even out beautifully :-) .x.

Hiya hunny, i think all of the girls on here are totally right in what they are saying! They drop at total different rates, mine did too and mine appeared really wonky for ages, lol. Would love to see your pics tho, xxxx

Hey hun, just had a look at your pics and i think they will settle beautifully!! When you get implants under the muscle it is always difficult to imagine how they will end up as the often start off really high and one will settle quicker than the other etc, its easy to focus on how different they are to each other. Mine were exaclty the same, one of mine took ages to drop and remained quite high up till about month 3. Mine looked wonky for what seemed like ages. (in fact i think they still do) but they were never even to start with, lol. Just try to be patient lovely and remember you have so many changes to come as you are still really early days!! Like the others said, maybe take pics every few weeks and that way you can look back and see how much they have changed, cos they will..lots. xxxxx

Yours look perfectly even in your avatar, nothing to worry about there! I guess we are all highly critical of our own boobs.

3 months..I'm going to need some patience pills or something! Well as long as they settle eventually xxxx

Lol, i was exactly the same hun, 3 month seems like forever away but its nothing compared to having boobies for the rest of your life! Like you say we are our own worst enemies when critising them, we spend forever looking at them and focusing on them not being perfect! Time is of the essence hun and before you know it you'll wake up and be like "i love my boobies" lol, xxxxx
