Opinions needed on my breast (pec) implants!

Hi all! I have just updated my picturetrail account with my latest pics and I would really love some brutally honest opinions. I am 22 days post of and I think they are foul! I really love them in a bra but not in the flesh.



I have some asymertry and my breast base is uneven and I also have a slight double fold (looks more like a shadow) I also think my nipples are sitting too low.



I think I need a bigger implant to correct my issues so that it will make my nipples stand up happy agian and smooth out my slight crease. As I have the furry brazillian implant they are not supose to move so the implant wont drop as such. They are a 270 low profile teardrop implant. I have also taken a pic of me with my arms up and I think they look alot better when I do that.



I would really love it if you could all chime in and help my know what to tell the PS when I ring for my check up ( he is 16hrs away).

Your boobs will drop hun its the pocket that your implants will stick to. It's very normal for them to look strange this early. Your muscle still needs time to heal and relax. It can take a long time at least 3 months to look normal and for some 6 months or longer. Saying that make your surgeon aware if your concerns and get him to write it in your notes. But please don't panic hun. What you have mentioned is normal

its early days and i am not sure what to look for as your more ahead of me, but i think they are actually looking nice, probably will drop more though? x

If you're expecting to wake up from your surgery with these two new beautifully formed breasts, you're going to be in for a big shock! Quite often, your boobs will sat high up on your chest, they'll look like cones, your skin will be tight and might look rubbery, they might look square shaped or your nipples may be pointing in the wrong direction.. I could go on, but what I'm trying to say is that they won't be perfect, they're going to need time to drop and settle and along the way, you might find your boobs heal at different rates - one might soften and drop before the other leaving you with a wonky appearance for a while - this again is all a normal part of your recovery and barring all complications you will end up with soft breasts that have dropped into a natural postion, but if you have any concerns at all that you don't feel comfortable with, call your clinic for advice - it's what you paid them for.

Thanks for the information. I have read it all prior to posting and just feel that as I have very little of my own breast tissue and what I had was sagging and even though it has filled them I think I need just a touch more to fill them to where they should be and smooth out my fold a bit ( which wasnt there when they were swollen). I have a pic with my arms half raised and I expected that they would be perky like that. I have looked at so many girls before and after and they all seem alot firmer than mine.



I have sent pics to my Dr and he has asked that I call him back in anther 4 weeks to see how they are as he doesnt want to pass judgement till all the swelling is gone.
