Re: sports bra at night
I do but then I've slept in a bra since I fell pregnant with my ds (he'll be 4 next month!) I'm so used to my sports bras now I think I'll always sleep in them. Sexy hey!! :)
Like Nat said tho I don't think you have to. I'd check with your PS see what he thinks

Re: sports bra at night
Because you have a larger implant I would wear one as often as possible for support and to help prevent sagging in the future, women with nautrally large breasts usually wear one at night for support x
Re: sports bra at night
I don't wear mine at night. It feels more comfortable not to.
It's down to personal preference. I think as long as you are well supported during the day, then you'll be fine.

Hello PB!!
I would clariy with your Surgeon...as we know they all differ and you clearly want to do what is best for you.
I was advised to wear mine for 3months at night, I had anatomicals, which may have made a difference to advice...not sure? I also have smallish implants, fully under the muscle too...so less liklihood of sagging. I followed advice, however, I also continued for longer untill it felt complety comfortable for me I think around 4 months.
It is soo confusing......when you want to do what is right. I had all of this info verbally, and written pre-op, I seem to have been very fortunate. I just wish all Surgeons would do the same, it would save everyone a lot of needless concern, enable happier healing time and patients. You are certainly not alone with lack of advice
I would ring and ask PB. it will enable you to feel better. xx
