What did you wear post op
I went to M&S on Monday and bought a tracksuit with a zip up top and am going to wear a vest top underneath (really stretchy)
But as I'm going away for a few days after my op I don't want to be wearing clothes that make it look obvious that i've had my boobs done, even though I think they'll all know.
I was thinking of going into Cardiff on Saturday to see if I can get any of those really loose fitting tops, don't want to be in zip ups or hoodies if the weather is nice.
What do you suggest?? x

that sounds like a good idea. Don't want to spend too much but really think I should get some. I'll have a look on the net now. X

yes loose vest tops especially if it's hot, you don't want to over wrap up because you'll be feeling bloated enough after the GA without eggagerating with hefty clothing hun, not long now Jem!!! x x

I wore lots of tracksuit tops and short sleeve shirts that button at the front, also easy to pull on bottoms and slip on shoes as you wont feel like bending over much x

Re: What did you wear post op
I've been wearing button-up tops and a zip-up one too, but in the early days I had hardly any arm movement! You'll probably have far less trouble with your overs. I think it's best to bring some bottoms that you can pull up easily though - no skinny jeans or anything!
I was in Cardiff shopping a couple of days ago and there are loads of button-up shirts about at the mo. New Look had some nice ones, I ended up buying one in Next though. Floaty tops sound like a good idea though to be honest. I had a bit of a bloated tum after my op  !

Skinny jeans, I wish!! I can't get them over my thighs!!
I'm going into Cardiff on Saturday so will go to New Look and have a look (can't go to the Barry one now, had argument with the Manager)
I've got a nice pair of jogging bottoms from M&S for op day

Long, loose fitting vest tops. Still wearing them now - they do a good job of covering those not so attractive sports bras too.

Re: What did you wear post op
Hi,i bought some loose smock style tops from primark, cheap and cheerfull, but they did the trick, hid my sports bras and didn,t accentuate any swelling, also wider strap vest tops are good for hiding sports bra straps if it warmer and a little shrug type top over them x
